工作职责
社交媒体策划与执行：
- 熟悉如小红书/抖音/B站等头部社交平台及达人情况，在明晰客户需求后，与媒介和供应商合作完成KOL项目的全程执行。
- 有较强的沟通能力，需和客户沟通人选/执行时等情况
- 熟悉小红书/抖音等内容推广方式，能与内部数据同事协作完成投放。
- 完成其他相关工作，如post-buy review，合同，发票，系统录入等内容。
l 公众号推文及社群：
- 规划月度/季度内容节奏，定期完成公众号推文的书写。
- 有较强的沟通能力，需和客户沟通内容方向细节。
- 有基本的审美能力，能给到设计明确的brief方向。
- 基本的社群管理能力及抽奖助手的使用。
- 完成其他相关项目如每月公众号内容总结。
策略方案支持：
- 有基本的ppt美化和攥写能力，辅助完成ppt内容。
- 有基本的presenting skill。
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Social media planning & execution
- Familiar with leading social media platforms such as RED/Douyin/Bilibili and KOL, and work with media and suppliers to complete the whole execution of KOL projects after clarifying the client's needs.
- Strong communication skills, need to communicate with clients about candidates/execution time, etc.
- Familiar with content promotion methods such as RED/Douyin, able to collaborate with internal data colleagues to complete the placement.
- Complete other related work, such as post-buy review, contract, invoice, system entry, etc.
WeChat OA management
- -Plan monthly/quarterly content cadence and complete writing of public tweets on a regular basis.
- Strong communication skills, need to communicate with clients on content direction details.
- Basic aesthetic skills, able to give clear brief direction to the design.
- Basic community management skills and use of lottery assistant.
- Complete other related projects such as monthly public content summaries.
l Support strategy planning
- Basic PowerPoint beautification and clutch writing skills to assist in completing PowerPoint content.
- Basic presenting skills.
资质要求
• 至少3年的social marketing经验：扎实的社交媒体内容策划和执行能力。
• 熟悉微信、小红书、抖音等社交媒体内容生态、自媒体运营、KOL、KOC投放管理。
• 具备独立对接创意、策划、媒介、MCN、供应商等内外部资源的能力。
• 加分项：有流利的英文听说读写能力优先。
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years and above social marketing experience: comprehensive social strategy & planning and social placement execution ability.
- Familiar with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, DouYin and other social media content ecology, self-media operation, KOL, KOC placement management.
- Ability toindependently interface with internal and external resources such as creative, planning, media, MCN and suppliers.
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
