角色Role
对外：通过主动沟通及具创意的问题解决技巧，发展客户关系
Externally: To develop client relationships, through pro-active communication and creative problem solving
对内：跟内部团队紧密合作，集合合适人员组成项目团队，以达到最佳创意效果，并支持客户服务团队有效地管理项目
Internally: Collaborates with internal teams, bringing together the right people to get to the best creative output, while supporting the Client Services team in delivering effective project management

Client Relationships 客户关系
· 积极进取，主动回应，不断追求卓越的客户服务水平
Proactive and responsive, constantly striving for excellent client service levels across the business
· 可灵活地适应客户的需求
Flexible and adaptable to client’s needs
· 追踪和报告项目进展情况，并提交完善的会议记录
Tracks and reports project progress including excellent contact reports
· 与品牌经理及其他相关人员建立稳固的关系
Develops strong relationships with Brand Managers and their equivalents
· 了解客户的公司架构
Aware of the client structure
Creativity 创造力
· 充分理解jkr的設計理念，并能恰当地应用相关jkr案例，实践于项目中。
Understands the jkr design philosophy and can bring it to life with relevant jkr case studies
· 根据创意简报，在创意检阅过程中作出客观的反馈意见
Frames objective feedback in creative reviews against the brief
· 充分理解出色创意作品所需的制作時间
Demonstrates an understanding of the time it takes to get to great creative work
Creative Delivery 创造交付
· 对jkr及客户的设计流程，需具清晰及充分的了解
Displays a clear understanding of jkr’s design process and the clients design process
Commercial Acumen 商业敏锐度
· 对设计工作所需的费用具良好的理解
Demonstrates a good understanding of the agency fees required to deliver great work
· 具基本财务管理能力
Demonstrates basic financial administration
· 理解设计公司的盈利模式
Displays an understanding of how an agency makes money
