职位描述

岗位职责：

1. 精准理解客户需求，善于引导客户，了解内部各个团队职能，能够独立沟通；

2. 进行客户需求分析，针对需求提供解决方案和及时反馈；

3. 进行数字营销及推广项目的执行和项目时间品质把控；推进处理商务流程及客户回款进度等；

4. 管理与协调各个执行部门的执行节奏，对产出的策略，创意及文案和视觉呈现进行视觉把控；及时跟进项目商务进展以及进行项目利润核算。

1. Accurately understand clients' needs, be good at guiding clients, understand internal team functions, and be able to communicate independently;

2. Conduct clients' needs analysis, provide solutions and timely feedback on demand;

3. Carry out digital marketing and promotion project execution and project time and quality management; focus on the processing of business processes and clients' payment progress;

4. Manage and coordinate the execution of each department, manage the output of visual, strategyand creativity; timely follow up on project business progress and project profit accounting.

任职要求：

1. 2年数字营销广告执行经验，喜欢快消时尚，运动美妆，互联网及奢侈品等行业；

2. 英语语言沟通流畅，书面翻译能力上佳；

3. 对于数字营销，互联网及移动互联网行业了解认知，能够分析及洞察客户的市场需求；

4. PPT功底好，Excel公式熟练运用；基本PS，AI等软件基本功能操作；Axure或Balsamiq交互原型工具擅长者加分；

5. 善于思考，对于行业以及消费者洞察有无限好奇心；善于表达与沟通，有很强的协调组织能力；有美感品味，能把控创意产出品质；高效不拖延，执行力优异且乐于学习。

1. 2 years of digital marketing and advertising experience, like FMCG, fashion, sports beauty, Internet and luxury industries;

2. English language communication is smooth and written translation skills are excellent;

3. Have integral knowledge of digital marketing, the Internet and mobile Internet industries, and have the ablities to analyze and gain insight into the market needs of customers;

4. Excellent PPT and Excel usage; basic PS, AI operations; and interactive prototyping tools as Axure or Balsamiq;

5. Be good at thinking, have infinite curiosity about industry and consumer insight; be good at expressing and communicating, have strong coordination and organization ability; have aesthetic taste, can control the quality of creative output; efficient working pattern, excellent execution and the willing to learn new things.
