职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 配合团队或能独立完成项目中的设计工作；
2. 参与从创意到执行产品周期的所有阶段；
3. 分析项目需求，规划设计方案，定义视觉概念和提取设计元素以推动项目完成；
4. 准确理解客户品牌理念，并最大程度的发挥到创意和设计中去。
1. Cooperate with the team or independently complete the design work of the project;
2. Participate in all stages of the product cycle from creativity to execution;
3. Analyze project requirements, plan design schemes, define visual concepts and extract design elements to promote project completion;
4. Accurately understand the customer's brand concept, and give full play to the creativity and design.
任职要求：
1. 美术.设计或相关专业在校生 ;
2.纯熟运用Photoshop.Illustrator等设计软件, 并对网络技术性知识有相当的了解；
3.具备出色的视觉.创意能力，追求细节，追求完美的视觉表现；
4.有4A和知名广告公司实习经验的优先考虑;
5.了解社会化媒体（微博.微信为主），时常关注此类平台，对平台上的图片有一定的感触；
6.有创新精神.团队意识.吃苦耐劳.能够接受加班。
以下这些不是必备条件，如果具备可以加分：
有个人网站.有网页设计经验.会插画.会flash动画.会3D/视频.英语流利.长得赏心悦目
简历请附上作品
1. Students majoring in art, design or related majors;
2. Proficient in using Photoshop, illustrator and other design software, and have a good understanding of network technical knowledge;
3. Have excellent visual and creative ability, pursue details and perfect visual performance;
4. Internship experience in 4A and well-known advertising companies is preferred;
5. Understand social media (mainly microblog and wechat), often pay attention to such platforms, and have certain feelings for the pictures on the platform;
6. Innovative, team spirit, hardworking, able to accept overtime.

I have personal website, web design experience, illustration, flash animation, 3D / video, fluent English and pleasant looking
