职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责品牌双微.Campaign及官网的页面设计，能深刻理解客户要求并创造良好的美术设计风格；
2.根据项目或者客户的需求，给出良好的创意；
3.具有良好的沟通协调能力，能理解并整合不同部门之间对设计的要求；
4.能配合策划人员进行客户提案中创意设计部分的讲解说明，具备良好的语言表达能力。
1. Responsible for the page design of WeChat&Weibo, campaign and official website, can deeply understand customer requirements and create good art design style;
2. According to the project or customer needs, give good ideas;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, able to understand and integrate the design requirements of different departments;
4. Can cooperate with the planner to explain the creative design part of the customer proposal, with good language expression ability.
任职要求：
1.精通Photoshop.Illustrator等设计制作软件；
2.良好的设计表现力和沟通能力；
3.具有良好的美术设计功底，有同等行业工作经验；
4.注重团队合作，能与同事进行愉快合作；
5.能吃苦耐劳，可接受加班；
6.熟悉动画制作效果及具备插画创作功底优先.
1. Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator and other design and production software;
2. Good design presentation and communication skills;
3. Have good art design skills, have the same industry experience;
4. Pay attention to team work and cooperate with colleagues happily;
5. Able to work hard and accept overtime work;
6. Familiar with animation production effect and illustration creation skill is preferred
