职位描述
岗位职责：
1.与相关部门配合，深入了解所服务客户的需求.目标和资源.现状，洞察相关行业／市场／消费者，提出营销策略思路和逻辑；
2.带领创意小组根据客户的需求进行品牌传播的策略制订，Campaign的策划.创意和执行；
3.协同客户部，协调设计／技术等相关部门的工作，对策划创意提案的整体出品负责；
4.协助策划团队Leader，管理和培训策划创意团队，组织内部创意交流和积累；
5.配合完成项目执行过程中的相关文案撰写和规划性工作。
1. Cooperate with relevant departments, deeply understand the needs, objectives, resources and current situation of the customers served, insight into relevant industries / markets / consumers, and put forward marketing strategy ideas and logic;
2. Lead the creative team to formulate brand communication strategy according to the needs of customers, plan, create and execute the campaign;
3. Cooperate with customer department, coordinate the work of design / technology and other related departments, and be responsible for the overall production of creative proposals;
4. Assist the leader of the planning team, manage and train the creative team, organize the internal creative exchange and accumulation;
5. To cooperate with the writing process of the project.
任职要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，5年以上品牌策划经验或客户经理工作经验；
2.广告/新闻传播专业优先；
3.4A广告公司工作经历优先；
4.熟练使用office办公软件，精通PowerPoint；
5.具备良好的中英文沟通.撰写与提案能力；
6..对brief有清晰准确的解读，具有较强策略到创意到传播整体链路的逻辑能力；
7..能独立面对客户，并独立处理工作中的问题，保证工作项目的时间进度；
8..具备较高工作效率，具备较强的抗压能力和沟通能力；
9. 具有良好的团队合作精神，极富责任心。
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of brand planning experience or customer manager working experience;
2. Advertising / news communication major is preferred;
3. Working experience in 4A advertising company is preferred;
4. Proficient in office software and PowerPoint;
5. Good communication, writing and proposal skills in both Chinese and English;
6. Have a clear and logical understanding of the whole link;
7. Be able to face customers independently and deal with problems in work independently to ensure the schedule of work projects;
8. Have high work efficiency, strong ability to resist pressure and communication;
9. Have good team spirit and responsibility.
