职位描述

岗位职责：

1.根据客户需求以及业务需求进行媒体合作谈判以及媒体资源采购工作；

2.建立与移动互联网开发者的良好合作关系，并且针对媒体情况，做出全年的媒体采购计划；

3.统筹媒体合作和采购情况，进行公司媒介资源库的建立；

4.针对客户需求，完成媒介采购方案，并且进行数据分析以及结案报告总结；

5.根据公司媒介合作战略，不断的拓展新的媒体合作。

1. Conduct media cooperation negotiation and media resource procurement according to customer and business needs;

2. Establish good cooperation relationship with mobile Internet developers, and make annual media procurement plan according to media situation;

3. Coordinate media cooperation and procurement, and establish media resource database of the company;

4. According to the needs of customers, complete the media procurement plan, and carry out data analysis and summary of the closing report;

5. According to the company's media cooperation strategy, constantly expand new media cooperation.

任职要求：

1.专科以上学历，有传播.广告背景，5-8年以上媒体采购.合作谈判等工作经验；

2.能准确把握移动互联网广告的发展趋势，熟悉网络媒体的合作方式，具备较强的策略规划能力；

3.熟悉移动互联产品特性；熟悉各大应用市场及硬件渠道；

4.有良好的行业人脉及行业洞察力；

5.有大型网络广告公司.4A公司媒介管理经验；

6.在移动广告联盟有相关的媒介合作经验者优先；

7.具备较强的管理.提案与培训能力；

8.具备出色的人际沟通能力.协作能力及社会交往能力和谈判能力，团队合作意识强。

1. College degree or above, with communication and advertising background, 5-8 years working experience in media procurement, cooperation and negotiation;

2. Be able to accurately grasp the development trend of mobile Internet advertising, be familiar with the cooperation mode of network media, and have strong strategic planning ability;

3. Familiar with the characteristics of mobile Internet products, familiar with major application markets and hardware channels;

4. Good industry contacts and industry insight;

5. Media management experience in large-scale network advertising company and 4A company;

6. Experience in media cooperation in mobile advertising alliance is preferred;

7. Strong management, proposal and training ability;

8. Excellent interpersonal communication ability, cooperation ability, social communication ability and negotiation ability, strong sense of teamwork.
