标纪（SIGN-RECORDING）取自「标示纪元」之意，在特定的「时+空」中，总能找到生命生活留下的「交换」痕迹，这些痕迹即为「标示」，标示侧写了「历史」，而其总和构成了「文化」。

标纪是一个中立的「空间档案馆」，为来访者提供「时空档案」，每位来访者可以浏览特定空间下，与特定时间交换所构成的「时空档案」，而每一份「时空档案」对应每一间标纪客房，以可听可触可视可感的方式审阅档案。

标纪希望成为身心的归属地，而非流浪暂存所。我们用眼睛看，用耳朵听，我们渴望了解世界的全貌，并成为年轻城市居民的生活内容之一。

SIGN-RECORDING is derived from the meaning of "marking the epoch". In a specific "time + space", one can always find traces of "exchange" left by life, and these traces are "signs", which profiles "history", and the sum of which constitutes "culture".

SIGN-RECORDING is a neutral "spatial archive" that provides visitors with "spatial and temporal archives". Each visitor can browse through the "spatial and temporal archives" that are composed of exchanges between a specific space and a specific time, and each "spatial and temporal archive" corresponds to each room in SIGN-RECORDING, so that the archives can be examined audibly, tactilely, visually, and sensibly.

We hope to become a place of belonging for the body and mind, rather than a place of temporary storage for wandering. We see with our eyes, we hear with our ears, and we aspire to understand the world in its entirety, and to become part of the lives of young urban dwellers.
