Rosa Sungjoo Park is a media artist whose research interest is centered on a practice and theory of digital art with a particular focus on the study of sound and its materialization. Park's work has been exhibited and performed in galleries and theaters in Korea, Canada and the USA. She holds master’s degree in Digital Media from Rhode Island School of Design, Visual Communication Design from Seoul National University and Interdisciplinary Studies (Visual Arts) from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. Currently Park teaches at the School of Communication & Multimedia Studies (SCMS) at Florida Atlantic University, courses in Creating Interactive Media (Graduate), Fundamentals of Multimedia, Interactive Multimedia, Audio Performance and Interaction, Media Criticism: Visual Media Culture, History & Theory of Computer Arts & Animation in both the Film, Video, and New Media BA degree and the MFA in Media, Technology, and Entertainment.
